As I've previously suggested: any appointments made for non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Oil change/state inspection etc can be done by anybody in a few minutes so those services should be separated from specialized work needing a technician. Customers should be out no more than 30 minutes after appointment start time for those services.

No great Rallye experience this time! I was losing air in one tire, and I have wheel and tire insurance. I waited 3 hours for my car. I explained my issues to two managers and I posted on google what occurred.. no one wanted to accept that they made a mistake nor apologize for it either ..basically I was being forced to change an already brand new strut for 5,000 when a strut wasn't needed .. I was directed to take the repair elsewhere and all that was needed was a new wire harness that costs $60.00. That's not good business nor is it good customer service to try to rip people off.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Rallye BMW’s handling of my March 30–31, 2026 service visit. Rallye BMW reached an outside-influence / non-warranty conclusion without providing a complete and reviewable diagnostic explanation. There was also a significant unexplained discrepancy between the BMW/MyKaarma pricing sent to my phone and the final invoice. After I raised post-service inquiries, I received no communication at all from Rallye BMW regarding those inquiries — no written response, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no phone call. Rallye BMW later represented to BMW North America that communication had been established with me, which is inconsistent with my actual communication record.

However I wasn’t happy with the condition the mechanic left my car. Black grease all over my steering wheel and seat . The interior is cream so easily noticeable . That was disappointing I cleaned myself didn’t have the ability to drive back and wait for my car again , that was so annoying and there is no way they didn’t notice. Last service was Dissapointing, after 16 years of service. Took GLK350 in to for service and to fix rear passenger light issue in February. Replaced motherboard, after which lights kept flashing when car was off. Battery died twice, had to get it towed to replace battery twice. Took vehicle back end of May, explained the issue in detail. Kept vehicle for several days, said it was corrected. While at dealer lights did not blink. Upon return home, same thing occurred, vehicles died again. Dealership has a huge inventory. I felt at times I wasn’t taken seriously. I visited the dealership twice before confirming purchase. I appreciate the first time I visited the dealership, I arrived after 5:30 on a Saturday and Konstantin stayed with me past the 6 PM closing time I needed time to make a decision as I had to work out insurance and find a buyer for the car I was then driving.

All of the information screens in my car went black so that the car was virtually inoperative. Rallye arranged for the car to be transported to its service department and provided a loaner car to me while it fixed the computer system. It took a couple of days to fix but it ended well.
He demonstrated the operation of the features quite quickly, though he did not cover the primary functionalities, such as using one's foot to open the trunk. The vehicle was rather dusty, suggesting it had been stationary for some time. The entire procedure for accepting the car felt somewhat hurried.

The staff is so welcoming from the time I pulled up to the service line ( the guy open my car door and help take my car key from my keychain ) as I entered the building , the lady at the front desk greeted me as if she was just waiting for me and offered coffee and tea. Great service every time! I recently needed to have service on my 2005 500CLK. She's an oldie, but goodie. It was easy to make an appointment at a convenient time. I had a busy schedule, so I wanted to wait. I was told they would make every attempt to get me in and out quickly. Within an hour and 10 minutes of waiting in their comfortable upstairs lounge, I was done. It was raining, but they washed my car anyway. It was good to see John Ciccotelli, who was friendly as always. Rallye is the go-to for Mercedes service. .
