In October my wife brought her x5 for service the inspection was due in a month, they didn’t updated or informed her. November she got a ticket for expired inspection. When I brought her car in I inquired about mine and if it was still under covered maintenance and was informed it was. They failed to inform me it was expiring in November so when I brought it in I was charged for the service.

I have scheduled an appointment with loaner car. When I drop off my car, I was told there is no loaner car available and I have wait 30 minutes there before they finally got one. Glad I have my loaner car, my oil change and safety recall told over a day to be completed, I was told everything should be done on the same day.

Loaner they provided was brand new without a the typical courtesy vehicle signage displayed all over the vehicle like a moving billboard. I dropped off my bmw for the 2 recalls. They did a DME software update and installed a protective cap on the coolant water pump wire connection and also checked for leaks. Appointment was easy and i also requested a loaner car and everything went well. Cosmo - (My service advisor) was great. He is professional and answered all my questions. Everyone was nice. It's always a good feeling to have my car in the Rallye BMW workshop. The only thing I have with them is that they always have some excuse not to give me a loaner car, sometimes my car stays for weeks waiting for parts in the workshop and they never offer them to me.

The Parts Department at Rallye Lexus is A-1. They took pride to ship my part with care(TLC). The same part was ordered from a nearby neighboring Lexus dealership, shipped out twice, and was received damaged both times. The original box was packed inside a larger box but not well packed. The salesmen got me a better interest rate with their 5/3 Bank then my local 5/3 got me in Louisville KY. I was leaving on vacation two days after I bought a minivan.
