I wasn’t ready to purchase the car that day. I asked Robert if he could please hold it for me longer than dealerships policy and he made arrangements to reserve it for an entire week. That meant so much to me and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders during an already difficult time. Robert was very easy to get in touch with, a pleasure to work with and has a very kind and welcoming disposition that I don’t see often in car sales.
When I returned to complete the purchase, Julio made the financing process easy and stress-free. He was a pleasure! Because I am a Stony Brook University employee, he applied a professional courtesy discount so I could afford the tire insurance. He didn’t have to do that but that kind of customer service is what will have me refer my friends and family to Rallye Acura and to Julio specifically for their financing needs. Thank you again, Julio!!!
To top it all off, Robert even arranged to have my rental car returned for me, all I had to do was give him the keys! That was another stressful task that was handled for me. This is another example of the outstanding customer service I received.

I was experiencing an electrical problem that was draining the system that was not resolved by another acura dealer after several attempts. I brought it up to Rallye and they seemed to have located and resolved the problem. My service rep, Richard Wong, took a genuine interest in my problem and kept me updated. Based on the professionalism and kindness of all the staff, I will definitely be returning to rally with my service needs.

From arrival to driving off the lot, the experience was about as seamless as I could have hoped for. Five stars for the sales and delivery experience.
My loan was arranged through Bank of America, but after taking delivery I received no communication from either the dealership or the lender about setting up my account or making my first payment. No email, no welcome packet, no bill, no instructions. In fact, the paperwork I left with did not clearly explain who the lender was, how to establish the account, or what my next steps were.
I eventually had to call the dealership multiple times trying to figure it out. On one call, I was told that only the specific finance manager who handled my deal could help me, and that I'd need to call back when he's in the office. That struck me as odd. I bought the car from the dealership, not from one individual employee. If someone is unavailable, there should be a process in place so another team member can assist.
Eventually I was given an 800 number for BOA and told to contact them directly. While I was able to eventually sort it out, the entire process felt unnecessarily confusing and avoidable.
My criticism isn't really about financing. It's about onboarding. The dealership clearly optimized the purchase experience, but seemed to neglect the ownership experience. A simple handout at delivery saying, "Your loan is with Bank of America. Here's how to set up your account. Here's your first payment information. Here's the Acura owner portal. Here's how to schedule service," would have solved the entire issue.
And to be clear, I bought an Acura Integra Type S, not a beater from a corner lot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a little more follow through after the sale from a luxury-brand dealership.
Overall, I received excellent service while they were earning my business. But once the sale was complete the follow-through felt surprisingly hands-off. Great people, great car, great buying experience, but the post-sale communication and ownership onboarding process needs a lot of improvement.
Our Salesman John Schepp is an outstanding person. My wife and I trust John fully. This was our 5th Acura transaction through him. He is extremely knowledgeable and he sincerely tries to make the best deal for the client. T was a seamless process beginning to end. We will continue to be loyal to John in the future. The Finance manager also was a pleasure to work with.
Definitely recommend this dealership. Alexander Castrillon was our salesman. He was great to work with. Answered all of our questions and never rushed us.The whole staff treated us well. Would like to also mention Danny Park who is a salesman and Anthony from parts. Very professional staff. Hoping this vehicle gives us years of enjoyment. Oil Service was good and wheel alignment was good. 15 point inspection was also good. My dissatisfaction was when my car failed NYS inspection, the dealer did not offer the drive cycle to make it past. This happens every but this year the dealer did not offer it.

This dealership is making money for their owners, they told me some work that my vehicle needs ,,, but so far no problem . I will keep track and will confront them about it , $4500 worth of work. Even they use technical language that they are recommending or suggesting , these words are actually in the air but $4500 is real money. They put a doubt in customer’s mind , who worry and thoughts about breaking down with family , push them to do this unnecessary work.

I've been going back and forth for months with the general manager who agreed to reimburse me for everything I paid to get the situation corrected and he's been playing phone games and trying to hard ball me for over a month now! I'm highly dissatisfied and I will be reaching out to corporate if this matter is not resolved expeditiously!

What Rallye did not do was identify any impact point, show me evidence that the vehicle had struck something, or explain precisely what the alleged outside influence was. Their conclusion appeared to be based solely on the fact that parts were broken, even though my position from the beginning was that the diffuser detached first and was damaged afterward.
I declined to pay Rallye for the repair and took the car to an independent automotive specialist who routinely works on high performance sports cars, exotic cars, and luxury vehicles. He inspected the vehicle, secured the remaining portion of the diffuser at no charge, and ensured that the car was completely safe to drive.
I am leaving for vacation and needed to know that the vehicle was secure and safe for the trip. The specialist confirmed that it was. When I return, I intend to take the car back to him for the permanent repair unless Rallye contacts me and agrees to resolve the matter. He estimates that replacing the affected piece, including installation, will cost approximately $350.
That estimate makes Rallye’s decision even more disappointing. My wife and I purchased two BMWs from Rallye within roughly six months. I purchased my 2026 BMW M2 in November 2025, and my wife purchased an additional BMW in May 2026. Despite that recent business and the possibility of future purchases and service, Rallye was apparently willing to lose our confidence and future business over a repair costing approximately $350 at retail.
Unfortunately, this was not my first frustrating experience with Rallye’s service department. I purchased additional tire and wheel protection coverage with my vehicle. On a previous occasion, when tire repairs were needed, I was initially told that I would have to pay a deductible despite the additional coverage I had purchased.
Thankfully, my salesman, Bert Vargas, intervened on my behalf and helped get that matter resolved. Bert has been an excellent salesman and has consistently been responsive, helpful, and willing to advocate for me. My criticism is not directed at him. In fact, the fact that he had to intervene illustrates the difference between the excellent assistance I received from my salesman and my repeated frustrations with Rallye’s service and customer care departments.
Before posting this review, I contacted dealership management directly, explained the diffuser situation in detail, and gave them a clear opportunity to respond. I provided a specific deadline simply asking them to acknowledge the matter and tell me how they intended to proceed. That deadline passed without even the courtesy of a response.
This is no longer primarily about the cost of the repair. It is about Rallye BMW refusing warranty coverage without identifying any actual impact or outside cause, a recurring lack of satisfactory customer service, and management failing to respond when given a final opportunity to address the problem professionally.
BMW calls its vehicles “The Ultimate Driving Machine.” Unfortunately, my experience with Rallye BMW’s service, warranty decisions, and customer care has not come close to meeting that standard.
An "Ultimate Driving Machine” should be able to drive through a puddle on the highway without being damaged. If it cannot, that is precisely what the warranty should cover. Fix it. They refused.

Customer service is excellent very polite, professional and focused on client, I had break oil flashing and replaced , after I had some resistance when press break , I come back and everything was fixed. Went for scheduled oil change, technician went over the vehicle carefully, recommended new battery which was installed. Work was done efficiently. Good service although replacement battery was obviously more expensive than a AAA replacement. Will continue using the dealership.

The only thing I would like is to be able to use aspirational cars for the loaners. I wanted to buy a G wagon for decades having seen the car that traveled over 2 million miles which is in the museum in Stuttgart, Germany. Alas my previous car did not give out until last year and at this age, comfort and ease are more my concerns than adventure, but would love a taste of what I might have had a decade ago. Or having the opportunity to drive a little sporty number, as it could be my next car if it is comfortable as well as fun. I’m sure that the added risks probably recent this, but I can dream.
Straight forward and no games; had 2 E450 Cabs in my colors at the same time with basically the same mileage and almost identical equipment (lucky me!). Initially held both until I chose the color and then quickly negotiated pricing and done. Would buy from Rallye again even though it’s a 5 hour dive to home.

Cannot fix the tear/ cut on the steering wheel. I was told the service plan did not cover that. I have to pay extra $350 to have someone came in to fix it. If that expert cannot fix it, it costs $1800 to replace the whole steering wheel!

Pathetic.after 30+ years of buying high end cars from Ralleye the service department felt the need to charge me $1300 to replace an $80 sensor in left front tire. $1200 of,labor for a 30 minute job. Totally criminal. Rallye should be embarrassed and they care so little that this is now the third survey I have completed without me hearing a single word single word back. Good riddance to Ralleye and MBUSA for me and my famiky….nit that anybody cares

Rallye Motors was amazing to work with. There were no hidden fees, no extra costs just friendly direct service. They gave me everything in writing prior to being there. I highly recommend anyone getting a car here.
The showroom is nicely laid out and comfortable. I was taken in a timely manner and explained what would be done. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised that my customer care person did not there to fill me on what had been done. Given the high quality of Rallye, it is also is surprising that there has been no follow up to confirm that I am satisfied.

Rob has been that way since our first interaction seven years ago, and even before that with our son, Adam, when he owned an E63.
