Due to COVID-19 supply chain issues, the price and the availability were not that good, but Danny helped us to get a beautiful RDX relatively quickly at the MSRP. However, he agreed to cancel the manufacture extended warranty for our totaled MDX, he also told us he already submitted the cancellation request and it would take 30 days to process. I love the staff and the service has always been wonderful. When I say I’ll wait, I think they honestly make an effort to limit my time there. It is much easier, at times, than have to take a loaner so I appreciate that. The only issue if I am waiting is that at least one of the areas needs to be quiet, no music! Service department is amazing! I went for 10K mile service, NYS inspection and some kind of software recall. Dropped off around 8AM, out with a loaner in ~10 minuets. Came back to pick up at noon to find my car washed/vacuumed with full tank of gas! NYS inspection was complimentary so I didn't pay a dime. Another pleasant surprise is they re-routed my dashcam wire to be hidden behind the a-pillar, this is really above and beyond as I did not ask for this!
