I have been consistently satisfied with Rallye Acura as a dealer and as a individual coming in for service checkups. Viridiana Apolinar provided me with excellent service and a full explanation of what I needed at the time. Visiting Rallye Acura never feels like a horrible experience but a welcome visit. I have found all the people at Acura extremely friendly and helpful.
Danny and Robert were outstanding. I probably never would have purchased the vehicle if Danny hadn't taken the time to show me the Type S, even though he believed I wasn't in the market for a new car. That simple gesture is exactly what brought me back the next day to buy the vehicle. Both Danny and Robert made the entire experience enjoyable, professional, and pressure-free. The vehicle was ready, paperwork moved quickly, and the finance office was equally professional and easy to work with. From arrival to driving off the lot, the experience was about as seamless as I could have hoped for. Five stars for the sales and delivery experience.
My loan was arranged through Bank of America, but after taking delivery I received no communication from either the dealership or the lender about setting up my account or making my first payment. No email, no welcome packet, no bill, no instructions. In fact, the paperwork I left with did not clearly explain who the lender was, how to establish the account, or what my next steps were.
I eventually had to call the dealership multiple times trying to figure it out. On one call, I was told that only the specific finance manager who handled my deal could help me, and that I'd need to call back when he's in the office. That struck me as odd. I bought the car from the dealership, not from one individual employee. If someone is unavailable, there should be a process in place so another team member can assist.
Eventually I was given an 800 number for BOA and told to contact them directly. While I was able to eventually sort it out, the entire process felt unnecessarily confusing and avoidable.
My criticism isn't really about financing. It's about onboarding. The dealership clearly optimized the purchase experience, but seemed to neglect the ownership experience. A simple handout at delivery saying, "Your loan is with Bank of America. Here's how to set up your account. Here's your first payment information. Here's the Acura owner portal. Here's how to schedule service," would have solved the entire issue.
And to be clear, I bought an Acura Integra Type S, not a beater from a corner lot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a little more follow through after the sale from a luxury-brand dealership.
Overall, I received excellent service while they were earning my business. But once the sale was complete the follow-through felt surprisingly hands-off. Great people, great car, great buying experience, but the post-sale communication and ownership onboarding process needs a lot of improvement.
Our Salesman John Schepp is an outstanding person. My wife and I trust John fully. This was our 5th Acura transaction through him. He is extremely knowledgeable and he sincerely tries to make the best deal for the client. T was a seamless process beginning to end. We will continue to be loyal to John in the future. The Finance manager also was a pleasure to work with.
Definitely recommend this dealership. Alexander Castrillon was our salesman. He was great to work with. Answered all of our questions and never rushed us.The whole staff treated us well. Would like to also mention Danny Park who is a salesman and Anthony from parts. Very professional staff. Hoping this vehicle gives us years of enjoyment. Will definitely be using this dealership for any future purchases.

Oil Service was good and wheel alignment was good. 15 point inspection was also good. My dissatisfaction was when my car failed NYS inspection, the dealer did not offer the drive cycle to make it past. This happens every but this year the dealer did not offer it.

As I've previously suggested: any appointments made for non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Oil change/state inspection etc can be done by anybody in a few minutes so those services should be separated from specialized work needing a technician. Customers should be out no more than 30 minutes after appointment start time for those services.

A huge thank you to Bert Vargas. From the moment I placed my deposit, Bert kept me informed every step of the way. Whether it was emails, text messages, production updates, transportation updates, or even telling me the name of the ship carrying my car, he made sure I always knew exactly where my M4 was throughout every stage of the process.
What impressed me most was how personal the experience felt. Bert treated me like a longtime friend rather than a customer. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine excitement for my car made the entire experience fun and something I looked forward to. No great Rallye experience this time! I was losing air in one tire, and I have wheel and tire insurance. I waited 3 hours for my car. Once I finally changed everything, I then had to wait while the tire pressure check had to be completed. When I got home, a video inspection by the Tech was online. In it he said I needed a new tire because the tread depth was low. This is not true as I only had 8,000 miles on the car! On my bill it said I needed a new tire because there was a puncture by the tread!!
In my family there are 5 BMW's all purchased from Rallye and Nick Soldo who is the best! We have a M8 Competition, a new 530 with the M package, a new X3, a 1 year old X7, and a 330I and was coming off lease for a new BMW.
This is not the way to be treated with the business I bring to Rallye.
Before I purchase another BMW from Rallye, I want to be sure the problems in the service department have been resolved. Until this experience, I was ignoring all the complaints from the people getting service about the department.
Eric was very helpful, we needed to verify my military service and he took the time to go through several steps, and we found my identifier to verify my service. Always a gentleman on the phone and pleasant to deal with in general.
I love the Rallye experience. Always feel like I’m receiving the VIP treatment. Tracey was exceptional. Provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Made certain I was in good hands!
I explained my issues to two managers and I posted on google what occurred.. no one wanted to accept that they made a mistake nor apologize for it either ..basically I was being forced to change an already brand new strut for 5,000 when a strut wasn't needed .. I was directed to take the repair elsewhere and all that was needed was a new wire harness that costs $60.00. That's not good business nor is it good customer service to try to rip people off.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Rallye BMW’s handling of my March 30–31, 2026 service visit. Rallye BMW reached an outside-influence / non-warranty conclusion without providing a complete and reviewable diagnostic explanation. There was also a significant unexplained discrepancy between the BMW/MyKaarma pricing sent to my phone and the final invoice. After I raised post-service inquiries, I received no communication at all from Rallye BMW regarding those inquiries — no written response, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no phone call. Rallye BMW later represented to BMW North America that communication had been established with me, which is inconsistent with my actual communication record.

The finance manager, Caleb, was also great. Everything was prepared before I came in to pick up the car so it was quick and stress free when I got there. Jose set me up in my new car and went over all the features. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking to buy or lease a new Lexus.

Went for scheduled oil change, technician went over the vehicle carefully, recommended new battery which was installed. Work was done efficiently. Good service although replacement battery was obviously more expensive than a AAA replacement. Will continue using the dealership.

The outside service with whom I was connected when I called was atrocious. They would not make an appointment for the day after the call. I called my salesman and he connected me to Mike Reidy, who could not have been nicer. Get rid of that answering service. They suck and are a bad reflection on the dealership.

Dealership has a huge inventory. I felt at times I wasn’t taken seriously. I visited the dealership twice before confirming purchase. I appreciate the first time I visited the dealership, I arrived after 5:30 on a Saturday and Konstantin stayed with me past the 6 PM closing time I needed time to make a decision as I had to work out insurance and find a buyer for the car I was then driving.

All of the information screens in my car went black so that the car was virtually inoperative. Rallye arranged for the car to be transported to its service department and provided a loaner car to me while it fixed the computer system. It took a couple of days to fix but it ended well.
He demonstrated the operation of the features quite quickly, though he did not cover the primary functionalities, such as using one's foot to open the trunk. The vehicle was rather dusty, suggesting it had been stationary for some time. The entire procedure for accepting the car felt somewhat hurried.

The staff is so welcoming from the time I pulled up to the service line ( the guy open my car door and help take my car key from my keychain ) as I entered the building , the lady at the front desk greeted me as if she was just waiting for me and offered coffee and tea. There was no wait time as Kenny came out to get me before I settled down in the chair. It was great seeing him again as he has been my service provider for years. Great service every time! I recently needed to have service on my 2005 500CLK. She's an oldie, but goodie. It was easy to make an appointment at a convenient time. I had a busy schedule, so I wanted to wait. I was told they would make every attempt to get me in and out quickly. Within an hour and 10 minutes of waiting in their comfortable upstairs lounge, I was done. It was raining, but they washed my car anyway. It was good to see John Ciccotelli, who was friendly as always. Rallye is the go-to for Mercedes service. .
