my car had a refill coolant light on the dealer mechanic said the wrong coolant was in the car. They refused to let me to speak to the technician working on my car. They wanted to charge me to flush the system multiple times. Although it took a while from handing in the key to getting the vehicle into the shop for work (close to 30 minutes), it was smooth. The work (engine oil change) took about an hour & 10 minutes, which is reasonable.

Everything went well except when I left I I drove to the exit for a moment and shut the car off for a second. I tried to start it and it wouldn’t start. I asked someone about it and they thought the battery was low. If I hadn’t shut it off at your dealership, I would have gone home and it wouldn’t start. I bought a new battery. I thought I should have been told that they thought the battery was low.

Mostly good cars (If the car is a dog they will tell you so) acurately represented and priced fairly. I have bought more than one car from them and have been very satisfied with all aspects of the transactions both during and after the sale.
We've purchased 2 used cars over the past 10 years from Rallye Motors and have been very satisfied each time. We plan on buying a 3rd car from them in the next few years to replace our older van. I'm not sure how they do it, but they consistently find good used cars at a lower price than other dealers we've seen and they are very trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
The salesmen got me a better interest rate with their 5/3 Bank then my local 5/3 got me in Louisville KY. I was leaving on vacation two days after I bought a minivan. They gave me a 30 day/1200 mile warranty, but extended it at no cost until I got back from Florida. The van ran flawlessly and 8 months latter have put less than $100 for a small problem. I'd definitly buy from them again.

Rallye Motors was recommended to me when the only car salesmen I had ever trusted (I bought 3 used cars from him at his dealership) decided to start selling houses instead of used cars. My daughter insisted on buying a Mazda 3, and Mazda 3s would seem to be everywhere.
